Reply:The most possible cause for your excesive hand sweating might be stress or nervousness. Talking to someone professional such as a counselor will help.
Reply:I used to (and to some extent, still do) have the same problem as you. There is an answer for your question: it%26#039;s called hyperhydrosis. It%26#039;s typically seen in people who have excessive sweating in their palms, feet, head, and armpits. If you do a search for hyperhydrosis, there%26#039;s tons of information about it. There is a procedure to cure the problem, but from my experience, I%26#039;ve been told it%26#039;s better for those with SERIOUS cases. I had a huge problem with my hands, but with time, it slowly went away on it%26#039;s own. I was about 16-17 when it began, and I%26#039;m 22 now. It rarley bothers me anymore. The problem with have the procedure (which thankfully, is minimally invasive) is that it works in 80% of all cases; however, since you stop sweating in your hands, or wherever, the sweat will basically reroute itself, i.e., you%26#039;ll begin to sweat more in other places. I read about the procedure and learned that yes, it%26#039;ll help with sweating, but you could begin to sweat more around your legs, or even your butt. LOL Also, because of the retention of water, you may have a chance at gaining some water weight. Hope this helps!
