442>I know tea has the anti-oxidants so it could be healthier, but they both contain caffeine and a load of other crap. So which is least likely to stain my teeth, give me cancer or mess up my brain?
Reply:Freshly brewed coffee has lots of good things, and can help decongest and perk you up when you have a cold. Tea, however, does not have as much caffine as coffee.
If you are worried about the nasties in both these hot drinks, I would recommend herbal teas, which have lots of healthy properties, and they are widely available from supermarkets. You can have lots of different varieties, and a lot contain suplements such as ginseng, echinacia etc.
Reply:Tea is healthier - less caffeine, more antioxidents, and less likely to stain teeth
Reply:coffee , it makes your teeth black
Reply:Don%26#039;t drink either...drink vodka or gin ...it%26#039;s better for you and you%26#039;ll be so drunk you won%26#039;t give a damb anyway.
Reply:Coffee - caffeine UGH!!
Reply:Tea. Green tea with a hint of lemon is the best.
Reply:Tea... But make it Green Tea... ;)
Reply:tea
i suggest liptons citrus flavor green tea
mmmmmm
Reply:coffee. tea is more natural. (i dont really know, but pretty sure tea is nicer)
Reply:Tea. It has antioxidants .
Reply:Tea is healthier, coffee stains your teeth and has a load of caffeine and other stuff that%26#039;s bad for your body.
Reply:ok stick with tea. and leave out the milk and sugar. try green tea...this wont stain your teeth and has health benifits
Reply:i would have thought cofee,myself
Reply:Tea is better for you, I think some people have got confused with the wording of your question.
Reply:tea is more healthy
Reply:Drink beer its better for you.
Reply:tea is better for u and coffee has to much caffeine tea wont stain your teeth but coffee will
Reply:Firstly, I have never heard of either giving you cancer! In fact, I believe that antioxidants are supposed to protect you from cancer!
Health-wise, it depends upon what sort of tea you prefer! China tea is supposed to be healthier. %26#039;Workman%26#039;s Tea%26#039; has milk in it (calcium!). However, tea seems to stain cups more than coffee.
I prefer coffee - black!
Anything is bad for you if you have too much of it! Everything in moderation!
You drinks your poison and takes your choice - so drink what you want - and make sure you clean your teeth well!
Reply:Coffee is worse and has a stronger addiction possibilty than tea. But both are bad because of caffeine. Switch to decaffeinated tea or herbal tea, pure fruit juices and no more sodas - much healthier for you.
Reply:tea is better then coffee. Coffee can make u hyper
Reply:tea, but then again everything ok in moderation.
Reply:Good point. Both are equally bad. If you drink instant coffee I would say that is the worst as it is freeze dried and I don%26#039;t think tea is the same. The better options are fresh ground coffee or herbal tea (not flavoured but herbal). There%26#039;s no caffeine at all.
Reply:tea is more healthy because although it has caffeine in it it%26#039;s not as bad as coffee.(i heard this on a science channel) if you had100 cups of coffee in a day or two you would die due to the caffeine however tea wouldn%26#039;t kill you if you drunk that much you would just feel a bit sick.
Reply:tea without milk or caffeine. try redbush tea
Reply:Tea
Reply:I would say tea .
Reply:BOTH THE SAME
Reply:Tea is a lot healthier for you and some types of tea can even help boost your immune system and help your digestive track.
Reply:Both, don%26#039;t drink any. I just drink water, haven%26#039;t drunk tea or coffe for at least two years, and feel better for it.
