Breast Cancer?!?!?

512>I am very concerened that I have breast cancer.

I am only 14 years old and I am told it is not common for someone so younge to have breast cancer. Is this true?

I am so confused to if these are symptoms:

One of the bumps around my nipple is brown.

On the part of the nipple a baby would suck on, there is a unusual shaped bump.

I think I may have breast dimpling. I have a few tiny red dots, is that dimpleing?

I have sore breasts but I am told that this may be just cause my breasts are growing

Feeling of nasuea A LOT.

Just to let you know, it is not possible I am pregnant, as I am a virgin.

So, are these symptoms?

I am very scared. I told my mother but she is convinced I do not have it.
Reply:It is EXTREMELY rare for someone your age to have breast cancer; 80% of breast cancer cases occur in women over 50.

The symptoms you describe aren't breast cancer symptoms; what you describe isn't dimpling, your soreness is hormonal, and nausea isn't a breast cancer symptom.

However you need to put your mind at rest and stop worrying. Take k's excellent advice and see your doctor.
Reply:It is fairly uncommon to have breast cancer at such a young age but it isn't impossible. You probably don't have it, but if you're really concerned, you should see your doctor
Reply:You may want to go to webmd.com or some profession symptom sites and if that doesn't help you may want to bring it up at your next doctors appointment or have your mom make you one if you feel it is really urgent. Hope you feel better. : D
Reply:its unlikely you have breast cancer

the nausea might be hormonal related or because of your worrying

dimpling means just that- it looks like a indentation ( like a dimple)

ask your Mom to teach you monthly breast self exams
Reply:# 1 It is very rare for a 14 year old girl to have breast cancer

# 2 You should see a doctor, not because I nor anyone on this site thinks you have cancer but because you are unsure of the changes you are experiencing.

# 3 You are stressed and scared and various opinions by people and online sites can only add to your stress because without an actual physical exam, they can't say for sure what is wrong with you.

# 4 Your body is changing, your hormones are in full gear and it's all new. So my advice as a nurse and a woman is to see your doctor. A doctor can teach about your body's changes, what to look for and actually do a hand's on exam to determine what exactly is happening to your breasts.

Good Luck
Reply:The nausea is probably caused by the fact that you are worried. Odds are it's not cancer BUT try and convince your mom to take you to the doctor anyway. You are obviously very worried and a doctor's visit should help ease your mind. Plus a check up at your age is a good idea since your body is going through changes.
Reply:well i can't help u cuz i am scared myslef
